My husband the Latinist...

I do have to give credit for my hubby doing the translation of my blogpost into Latin. I took Latin in college, but I never really learned much. Probably because I was having to much fun with my latin tutor, ie. future husband.

He's really a smart guy, and I love him for it. I love him for other things too, but what drew me to him was he was always able to explain things. I mean EVERYTHING. Now being married to him for almost four years, I've come to know that he knows Greek very well, he self taught himself French over the summer, he's an avid astronomer, loves Chemistry(and can explain to you all about it), can play some serious piano pieces that he taught himself, also an organ piece too and knows ALOT about Traditional Latin Mass Liturgy. And lastly, one of my favorites, he's a GREAT bartender and can make me the most delicious Dirty Martini. There's more to this man than one meets the eye, and these are just a few.

But more importantly, we really do complete each other well. I'd say we are pretty much opposites in a lot of area's, but one area where we are in complete agreement with is our Faith. And Thank GOD for that! And it's the one thing that keeps our marriage living with charity, joy and humility.

Back at it again...

My friend, well more of an acquaintance, nay, Facebook buddy, rubbed off on me to start blogging. I really like the idea of being able to put into words my daily blunders, joys, annoyances, excitements of being a wife/mother/daughter/sister, while also writing about the new things my children are accomplishing on a weekly basis. With that, here is the first blog of the new site! Hope you all enjoy my future writings!

Love,
Sarah
